• In-depth knowledge & experience using 4 axis vertical milling center for machining Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Aluminum, Brass
• Manual lathe & Bridgeport operation
• SolidWorks, CAD/CAM
• Install delicate, finely finished parts on locations within tight tolerances
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Function as a part of an effective team
• Work in a highly organized, documented, and clean fashion
• Keep a professional demeanor

Job Requirements:
• Ability to multitask and juggle shifting job priorities
• Ability to read and work from formal drawings or sketches in order to follow fabrication plans
• Ability to set up jigs and weld in a manner which minimizes distortion of materials
• Familiar with a variety of metal welding and grinding / sanding techniques working to a very high degree of accuracy and finish
• Familiar with common metal shop tools and equipment. IE: welders, torches, grinders, drills, taps, saws, jigs, clamping devices, measuring and marking tools
• Assemble raw materials and / or CNC created parts using a variety of welding techniques such as tig + mig welding and other metal fastening techniques
• Finishing parts using a variety of stationary and portable grinders, files, polishing wheels and sanders
• Install delicate, finely finished parts on locations within tight tolerances
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Function as a part of an effective team
• Work in a highly organized and clean fashion
• Keep a professional demeanor
Additional Preferred Skills/Abilities/Experience:
• Operable knowledge of SolidWorks or AutoCad
• Hand drawing / drafting skills
• Wood shop / Cabinetry experience
• Skilled in a variety of metal welding and finishing techniques
• Project development experience
• Ability to operate metal specific equipment such as a press brake, pinch rolls, fork lift, CNC machining center, CNC press brake, CNC cutting center, Waterjet
• Polishing experience
• Rigging experience
• Helical Rolling experience
• Experience taking site surveys and site specific measurements
